DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT?
You can browse our store without setting up an account. However, you will be required to create an account and be approved to view pricing and make purchases?
HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT?
From any page on the store, click Register at the top right to create an account. Fill out all the required fields in the form and click Create Account. You will then be taken to the MyAccount page. You will need to await approval by the AMETEK Land Customer Service prior to viewing pricing on the store.
CAN MULTIPLE USERS ACCESS THE SAME ACCOUNT?
Because the email address is the unique ID used by the system to create each account, multiple customer accounts cannot share an email address. However, within one B2B company account, you can add multiple emails/users to your business account. Each user will have their own sign-in information to access the company account. You also can set user roles such as Admin, Senior Buyer and Junior Buyer.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE?
You are not required to order AMETEK Land products through our e-commerce webstore. If you prefer not to use this method, you may continue to send in your purchase orders to AMETEK Land Customer Service for processing.
HOW WILL I KNOW THE PRODUCT AVAILABILITY?
If in stock, we will ship your order within 2-3 weeks. Our AMETEK Land Customer Service will confirm shipment to you via email and give you an estimated lead time.
CAN I EDIT OR DELETE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
Once an order is placed and you receive an order confirmation, you may not delete or edit the order. If you placed an order in error, please contact AMETEK Land Customer Service.
HOW DO I REQUEST A QUOTE FROM THE WEBSTORE?
Sign in to your registered AMETEK Land webstore account. By shopping the Categories, search the products for which you would like to receive a quote. Click on the part(s) you need and adjust the quantity needed, then click ADD TO QUOTE. Continue adding all parts needed and when finished, click the VIEW MY QUOTE button. You will then be prompted to complete your shipping/billing addresses and can add a message or attach a file such as a PO for review. Click the SUBMIT button. A message will automatically be sent to the AMETEK Land Customer Service Team to review your request, and you will be contacted by a member of our team. If you do not wish to be contacted by a member of our customer service team, please indicate this in the message field.
HOW DO I RECEIVE A PRODUCT MANUAL?
Product manuals as well as User and Installation Guides, Specifications, Technical Drawings, etc. can be obtained by visiting our website. https://www.ametek-land.com/products - NOTE: Some documents require you to register.
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
From any page on the store, click the Sign in link.
To the right of the Sign In, click the Forgot your password? link.
Enter the email address associated with your customer account, then click Reset Password. If a valid email address was submitted, you will see a “Thank you” message.
Within 5 minutes, you should receive an email with the subject line, Password change request for AMETEK Land - US Web Store. Click the link in that email. Enter your new password twice, once in the New Password field, and a second time in the Confirm Password field, then click Continue. You should see “Your password has been successfully updated.”
WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
Credit cards and purchase orders (if approved) are accepted at checkout.
HOW DO I PAY BY PURCHASE ORDER?
Select Purchase Order for payment at checkout and provide your purchase order number. You can upload your Purchase Order file to the order as well. PDF files only.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged upon placement of the order.
HOW DO I SUBMIT FOR TAX EXEMPTION STATUS?
You must first register and create an account. During registration, you will be asked if your company is TAX Exempt via a Yes or No checkbox. If Yes is checked, you will then upload a .pdf copy of your sales tax exemption certificate.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Yes. You can ship to multiple addresses for an order at checkout.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
UPS, FedEx and DHL Express.
CAN I USE MY OWN SHIPPING ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is currently FREE through the AMETEK Land US Webstore and will be determined by AMETEK Land.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, your webstore order will be updated with the tracking information, and you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.
MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO. WHO DO I CONTACT?
If your order is not shipped by the estimated ship date, please contact AMETEK Land Customer Service. Please refer to your webstore sales order number in the subject line of the email.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
You will receive an email notification confirming your order and shipping date from AMETEK Land Customer Service.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
The AMETEK Land webstore is for US-based customers only. We currently do not accept online product orders requiring shipment outside of the United States. Please use the link below to find a local sales partner for your relevant country.

WILL I RECEIVE SHIPPING STATUS INFORMATION?
Yes. When our AMETEK Land Customer Service determines the estimated lead time for your order, we will send you an email notifying of the order status and when we estimate shipment.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
AMETEK Land shall be notified of any defect in the quality or condition of products within 7 days of the date of delivery, unless the defect was not apparent on reasonable inspection, in which case, within 7 days after discovery of the defect. If the buyer does not provide such timely notification, it shall not be entitled to reject products, and AMETEK Land has no liability for such defect. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
AMETEK Land warrants that products, when delivered, shall be free from defects in material/workmanship. AMETEK Land’s obligations under this warranty shall be limited exclusively to repairing or replacing any part of Products which, if properly installed, used, and maintained, proved to have been defective in material or workmanship within 1 year from the date of shipment. AMETEK Land shall be notified of any defect in the quality or condition of products within 7 days of the date of delivery, unless the defect was not apparent on reasonable inspection, in which case, within 7 days after discovery of the defect. If the buyer does not provide such timely notification, it shall not be entitled to reject products, and AMETEK Land has no liability for such defect. HOW DO I SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM?
No products may be returned unless authorized in advance by AMETEK Land, and then only upon such conditions to which AMETEK Land may agree. You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from AMETEK Land prior to any return shipment, and such RMA number must appear on the shipping label and packing slip. You will be responsible for returned products until such time as AMETEK Land receives the same at its facility, and for all charges for packing, inspection, shipping, transportation, or insurance associated with returned products.
